On this lovely 6-day Tanzania safari, explore Tanzania’s northern region. For the majority of people, one of the attractions of Tanzania is the Ngorongoro Crater. The Big Five and the majority of Africa’s animals may be found there. Lake Manyara, one of the loveliest minor parks, is renowned for its magnificent beauty, soda lake teeming with flamingos, and exceptional bird life. Day 1: Arrival Kilimanjaro - Arusha
Your Ecoverde Safaris guide will be waiting for you when you arrive at Kilimanjaro Airport. Your hotel will be reached as a result, and the rest of the day is yours to relax and soak in the ambiance of Africa. Day 2: Lake Manyara National Park
You'll be seeing the gorgeous Lake Manyara today, the country of Tanzania's first national park. Despite being one of the country's smallest national parks, it nonetheless has a lot to offer. Expect to see large groups of baboons in the dense forest canopy, herds of elephants ambling gently over the plains, and if you're lucky, even tree-climbing lions. Your knowledgeable safari guide will be driving your own 44 safari vehicle throughout the day. Around the enormous soda lake, there is a fascinating diversity of species, including buffalo, warthogs, giraffes, wildebeest, zebras, and a large number of pink flamingos. The small Hippo Pool is usually a highlight since it provides great chances to see hippos and breathtaking vistas of the Rift Valley Escarpment. However, Tanzania's Lake Manyara offers more than simply thrilling wildlife drives. Combine a full day of cultural excursions, canopy walks, and other activities with a safari adventure! Around twilight, return to your luxurious Lake Manyara resort and have a sumptuous supper al fresco while taking in the peaceful hum of the environment.

Day 3: Ngorongoro Crater
Early morning you drive from Arusha to the Ngorongoro Conservation Area. The road leads you over the Great Rift Valley, through the crater forest, to the striking Ngorongoro Crater. This collapsed volcano is the main feature of the area and creates a unique ecosystem with a wide variety of vegetation. Enjoy the beautiful colours of the landscapes and the diversity of animals. The crater is home to the highest concentration wildlife in Africa and is choked with elephants, lions, buffaloes, hippos and even the rare black rhino. This is one of the best places to spot all of the Big Five. The views from the crater rim over the crater floor are incredible. Because of its natural beauty the Ngorongoro Crater is chosen as one of Africa’s Seven Natural Wonders. There are a range of activities to do in the Ngorongoro Conservation Area, like visiting a Maasai village.

Day 4: Tarangire National Park
Today you depart after breakfast to Tarangire National Park for a full day game drive. Since this is one of the less known parks in Tanzania, it still has an authentic safari atmosphere. The hilly landscape, with Baobab trees scatterered against the blue sky, is breathtaking. Witness the worlds largest concentration of elephants. Herds of up to 300 elephants can be seen around the Tarangire River, drinking or enjoying a mud bath. Apart from elephants, Tarangire is a paradise for bird lovers. In the area around the swamps you can also see lions, leopards, cheetahs and even tree-climbing pythons.

Day 5-6: Tarangire - Airport
Today will be at leisure to relax or explore, depending on your flight. Your driver transfers you to Kilimanjaro Airport for your departure flight and on day 6 you will arrive back home.
